Chicken Fajitas Ingredients:
A delightful combination of soft, juicy chicken and vibrant bell peppers.
For Fajita Seasoning:
• 1/2 tbsp chili powder
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
• 1/2 tbsp onion powder
• 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tbsp cumin powder
• 1/2 tbsp oregano
• 1/2 tbsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper
You can use store-bought fajita seasoning or make it at home.
For Fajita Chicken Marinade
• 2 chicken breasts, sliced in half. Gives you 4 chicken breast slices
• 2 tsp fajita seasoning (each side)
• 1 tsp lemon juice (each side)
• 1 tsp olive oil (each side)

• 1 onion, sliced
• 1 red bell pepper, sliced
• 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
• 1 green bell pepper, sliced
• 1-2 tsp fajita seasoning (add as per taste)
