I ended up making a seasoned mayonnaise for the buns (instead of butter toasting them) and compound butter with old bay and tossed both the potatoes and shrimp in it before cooking them both. Would definitely order this one again! Solid 8 out of 10.
Felt like the shrimp and potatoes needed just a little something more than celery salt and garlic. Old Bay turned it up a notch or two 🙂
