Cherrywood smoked seasoning, Lawroys (LeRoys BBQ) seasoned salt, ground mustard, soy sauce and ground pepper brine/marinade. Charred on high heat for 1 minute each side via cast iron pan. Then, 1 12oz can of coke with ~30oz of water and some soy sauce, thyme, oregano, and rosemary in the liquid bath slow cooked for 8 hours. Pulled apart and added 5oz of leftover liquid to mix and salt to taste.

I honestly thought this was a nugget at first “weed”
It probably tastes really good but, unfortunately, it looks like something like German Shepherd threw up. Maybe you could dress it up a little bit with some sprigs of cilantro, or something like that.
