A cheese, crackers, jam and honey platter for a small wedding. The empty space in the upper left hand corner is where foh put a honey jar upon serving. I'm still very much learning so all advice and criticisms are appreciated. 😉

  1. the empty space makes me so sad I think u could put maybe a hamster there to nibble on the cracker

    Needs a lot of work.

Cuts on cheese look really bad.

The red sauce looks like it came out of a can.

    The cheddar(?) looks dried out.

I’m not sure sage, mint and rosemary are the right combination of choices for adding green.

I personally would never use a metal tray for a cheese platter.

Never ‘crumble’ cheese. Leave it as a wedge.

Too bland looking. Needs some grapes or peppers…or…both. Cut out about 6 varieties of crackers and you’ll have room for them.

Didn’t know we were showing stuff we did at home here. 🤭

A single, questionably placed olive or unwashed radish would do a lot for the composition here. Overall tho, nice work. Very effective use of negative space and color.

Is that really old cheddar that sat out for a few days or baked sweet potato slices? The black goo looks disgusting
ETA I see you’re the same one who just threw random blueberries onto a board full of seeds and cheese chunks. Good luck with your career.

I don’t know what everyone is complaining about, you’re helping these guests hit their recommended intake of the yellow food group, I would pay good money for that sort of dietary fulfilment.

Needs a radish here and there but otherwise solid job

Do you cater? I’ll pay $6,750 for this and 4 loaves of sourdough
