Picked most green tomatoes before temps plunge tomorrow. Will they ripen? If not, what can I do with them?

   Place the ones that are starting to turn green to yellowish in a brown paper bag with some bananas in a warm area. They will ripen in a couple days. Make salsa with some of the others.

   I always pick my green ones at the end of the season and I’ve never had one not ripen. It may take some time, but they always do.
