Breakfast Ramen (6:30 am) stall adjacent the Chou-Tsukiji fish market. Soon slurping ramen next to little school kids with backpacks on the way to school and their parent(s). Very relaxing to watch the preparation.

I’m no perfect judge of ramen but I don’t remember anything better in the morning for breakfast. We were visiting from the US to see our Son who lives across the ocean. We went to the market too early and everyone left to go back to the hotel but I stayed behind and stumbled across this establishment..
