I kinda rushed this so I feel like it could be somewhat neater. Overall though, this is my favorite board I’ve made so far. I made this for my friend’s fall wedding 🙂

    Things on this board:
    – jerk seasoned plantains
    – idk some kinda plain savory cracker
    – pickled garlic
    – Peruvian pepper jam
    – Kalamata olives
    – apple slices
    – prosciutto
    – espresso bellavitano
    – pumpkin spice bellavitano
    – red Leicester
    – apricot Stilton
    – some sort of chorizo ?
    – milk chocolate
    – grape tomato
    – everything seasoning cashew/almond mix
    – apple smoked salami
    – some other kind of salami idk
    – some sort of truffle cheese

  2. Disregarding the price of ingredients, I’d be a bit disappointed to receive this board. The pepperoni is cut so thick. Banana chips don’t belong… looks sloppy. I could continue… no one is eating those cherry tomatoes, a better filler could’ve been used.

For a family party? Fine. But to pay for something that looks this haphazardly thrown together… yea.

I love the effort and please don’t hate me but this is not “it”. 🙈

i think there will be a cultural divide in the comments with people talking about pricing and happiness with this board. that one user confused the plantains for banana chips and thought the chorizo was pepperoni, so i can see why they came to their conclusion.

as someone who is latino, this board would make me very happy. i’ve never seen chorizo used on a board before and i think it’s kinda genius. i can’t speak on pricing, but i like what you did!

This is beautiful! I wish we had something like this at our fall wedding! I’d expect to pay $150-$250 for something like this

I wouldn’t call this low effort at all… the way you ribboned the prosciutto & the salami roses. Those are all really tough things to do I own a charcuterie business & I’ve come a looooong way since I started – best thing I learned is smaller clusters & not to put pickled items next to things that will get soggy (nuts, crackers etc). I think this was done very well! Upon first glance it looks like a ton of food. I’d say I would be $150?

  6. I am no authority on anything remotely like this but your art here is lovely! This board is quite pretty.
