Ingredients
Pizza dough (homemade or pre-made store bought)
Sliced Mortadella
Sliced Provolone Cheese
Olive Oil
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Italian blend seasoning
Mozzarella Cheese
Egg wash
The recipe ingredients were eye-balled. I believe you can go with what you feel. Just add enough ingredients so you can still roll it into a stromboli.
Be sure to seal all edges and egg wash the top and side of the dough. Cut slits so your stromboli can “breathe”
I placed mine in an oven at 400F for about 20 minutes. The stromboli should be a nice golden brown
