Meal 2: canned salmon salad with fat free cream cheese, light mayo, thin sliced celery and green onion, salt and pepper. Side multigrain crackers and red grapes.

Meal 3: spring mix greens, cherry tomatoes, chopped cucumber, sliced celery, shredded carrots, fat free feta cheese. Slow cooked and shredded chicken breasts seasoned with buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning. Dressing is fat free Greek yogurt mixed with ranch seasoning and light ranch dressing. Side sliced bread.

Everything looks so delicious! Love all the veggies. I’m totally stealing the idea for pre-chopping ingredients and placing them in individual portions for dinner too. So smart!

  2. Give the salmon to a grizzly bear…give the red grapes to a red panda…but don’t give me both on the same plate!

Other than that, those are very healthy choices.

Do you do anything to keep the veggies fresh? I feel like by day 3 mine get soggy and wilted
