I bought these and made them for the first time 2 days ago. Great noodles if you like a thinner ramen noodle. Package says cook for 4 minutes but they’ll be perfect after about 2.5 minutes

They suck imo. Noodles are way too short

What noodles do you most of you buy and from where? The only asian market near me is in Orlando and it’s a bit of a drive. Wish I could order some good ones online.

Good for a thin easy to prepare noodle. They are my go to noodle when I don’t have any frozen extra thick noodles

It says fooking Ramen on packet! Bet there a great match. 🤣

Only in a pinch and if you don’t have any other choice. It lacks the chew factor.

PSA: Wheat products will ALWAYS recommend that you cook them very thoroughly so they cannot be held liable if you contract a food borne because of undercooked wheat.
This means every package / box of product with a raw wheat product in it will recommend a cooking time that’s way beyond the preferred texture.
And similarly, fully cooked frozen foods will give you too short of a cooking time. Since they are safe to eat frozen, they put the shortest possible time on the package to appear more convenient

I bought this once and was blown away by its sodium content (1570mg/serving). I understand sodium (carbonate) / alkaline is essential to ramen, but comparing to other brands, this is too much sodium for me.
J-Basket offers a frozen version of ramen for roughly the same price but less quantity. Those are much tastier and more balanced imo.

Yes, I buy them occasionally off Amazon. Really good if you want dried noodles and can make your own broth.

I’ll have to try these

My go to when I don’t want to make fresh noodles. My local Asian grocery store carries these so they come in clutch.

This is the same brand I use. It’s amazing but the sodium content is insane…which is probably why they are amazing.
