I actually just made something like this the other day but with chicken thighs and I also added peppers. Looks great

Recipe? Not a fan of chicken legs. Or any dark meat really. Which is so weird because as a child that’s all I’d eat. White meat was always dry. Now it’s my go to. But I do have some legs in freezer and would love to give this a go.
