  4. The sauce is made with oilve oil, garlic ,sage, raisin , Chickpea, orange zest , lemon zest , basil and probably i will say white wine , it look like water .

  5. At what temp and how long did those tomatoes need to get a sear like that? Garlic gets bitter when overdone and i know tomatoes need quite a bit of time to get that char or sear, is the trick in tomatos temperature before going on the pan? Or is it that the garlic is in thicker slices and wouldn’t get too bitter?
