Jungle Jim’s (southwest ohio) had prime picahna on sale for 8.99/# (there are 2 pieces of picahna in that bag). Couldn’t pass it up. Followed fat bearded tax man instructions from here. Dry brined for 8 hours prior to cooking. Temp to 400-425. Done in 20-25 minutes. It was amazing.
