
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup Bulk Supplements brand whey protein isolate
- 1 egg
- 2 TBSP allulose
- 15 grams sugar-free chocolate chips
- 2 TBSP reduced fat cottage cheese
- 2 tsp + 1 tsp MCT oil
- 1/2 tsp lemon extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
I add the lemon juice last because it reacts with the baking powder and bubbles up. You don’t want to waste those bubbles before baking.
Bake at 350*F for about 10 minutes. Store in refrigerator.
