Red lentils 1 cup
2 large onions
1 medium potato
4 cups of boiling water
Turmeric, black pepper, curry, salt as desired
Tomato paste 1 tablespoon
Garlic 6 cloves
1 tablespoon lemon juice
A tablespoon of dry mint

1. Slice half of an onion and fry.
2. Wash and add the red lentils, when the color of the lentils becomes light, sprinkle turmeric and black pepper and fry.
3. Add the paste and fry it, add the potato and then pour boiling water.
4. We add garlic.
5. After 20 minutes, we mix the ingredients.
6. At the end of cooking salt and lemon juice, add a little hot onion and oil and turn it off.

For the side of the soup:
Fry the rest of the onions in slices with a little oil and boiling water and finally add turmeric, black pepper and curry.
