Salty Magazine and The Maybourne Beverly Hills welcome guest chefs Oliver Piras and Alessandra Del Favero of one Michelin-starred Il Carpaccio, Paris (recently named Best Italian Restaurant in The World by 50 Top Italy) for a one-night-only dinner on October 8th, 2024 at The Terrace restaurant. The tasting menu is priced at $295 (exclusive of tax and service), with an optional wine pairings priced at $150/$195. The Maybourne’s Executive Pastry Chef Brooke Martin will conclude the evening with a sweet finale. This Paris-meets-Beverly Hills dinner will showcase modern Italian cuisine from the City of Lights.
