    Put salt on it and grill it slice against the grain it looks good

    Dry rub. overnight uncovered in fridge, preferably on a rack. Sear it hot and fast, few minutes per side.

    Admire it for the beauty of it….Then eat it raw like a wolf.

    Put two eyes and a nose on it. Call it Mr. Meat head.

    Dry rub it and put it on a rotisserie over a wood chipped smoke box.

    It’s your meat, do what you want it to.
