
Ingredients:
* 1 egg
* 1/4 cup Bulk Supplements whey protein isolate
* 2 TBSP Dutch cocoa powder
* 2 TBSP allulose
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 15 grams no added sugar chocolate chips
* 2 TBSP chopped walnuts
* 2 TBSP reduced fat cottage cheese
* 2 tsp MCT oil (batter)
* 1 tsp MCT oil (tin)
Preheat oven to 350*F. Mix all ingredients except for 1 tsp MCT oil in a mixing bowl. Apply 1 tsp MCT to the tin with a pastry brush. Evenly distribute batter in tin.
Bake at 350*F for about 10 minutes.
