I won’t get power back for roughly 2 weeks, all my big plants died due to hurricane flooding and I really don’t want the small ones to aswell, I normally have a little indoor setup for them that they’ll go in during the winter but for now I’m kind of dumbfounded

I want to say they’re maybe 3 months old? My records also got wrecked as they were all handwritten

In my personal opinion, based on anecdotal evidence, they should be just fine. As long as it doesn’t get frosty your peppers should get through.

Right now they are getting most of their energy for growth from sunlight. You could be in the high 40s and still be OK.

That looks like they should be OK, but close.

As a fellow Floridian, to the WNW of you, I’ll toss a sheet over the peppers if overnight lows get below 50°F, so it might be a bit close in your area tonight.

I pamper my plants as much as possible, so to be extra careful, I would personally cover them with a bedsheet just before sunset this evening.

As someone who grows peppers in Canada, those Temps may slow down growth a little but they’ll be totally fine. Mine have been out at 5°C and they survived. Natural sunlight is always best.

Definitely not going to die. Low to sub 40’s is when to worry. They’ll grow insanely slow though in those temps.
