  1. Vanakkam. I'm big fan of yours. You're doing so so so good to the society. Thanks for your valuable knowledge sharing videos. One request is that when you say about fibre and calorie pls mention the equivalent veggies instead of non veg alone. It'll be useful for pure veg (not even egg since nowadays egg is also included in veg) viewers like me

  2. Anna people might say to be be away from u but you are really caring of people's health. I wish someone guided me personally.

  3. Doc I eat Mac and cheese (with semolina mac) 3 times a month, as an evening snack. So it's in moderate quantity. Is the intake alright? Or , should I reduce it?

  4. Am so confused sir!! Why do some brands of mc n cheese still quote a 2-4g protein and fiber presence in in the box then!!

  5. Made white sauce pasta with vegetables. Kid ate white sauce, cheese and macaroni. Kept vegetable outside plate like I do with Curry leaves.

  6. in simple terms the mac is made up of maida which is non benificial to our body as it is a dead weight to our diet and hard to digest leading to blood sugar spike and kidney and liver issues, it should be taken in moderation ; )

  7. Doctor I have major food intolerances all of a sudden which is affecting my quality of life, even tried elimination diet but no use..now my symptoms gets worse with bloating, slow transit constipation then in turn weight loss…most doctors say its because of the medications I have taken over the past three years…can you pls help with a permanent solution?

  8. I agree with SaravanaKumar. Food naalae unga voice thaan kekkudhu….jokesodae kekkudhu doctor….idhukku enna vazhi ? 😅😅😅 shared with my teenage kids.

  9. The Mediterranean diet is far healthier than other known diets. White durum wheat pasta has a lower glycemic index than brown basmati rice. Moderate consumption of pasta made with durum wheat isn't going to hurt most healthy people. Just wanted to clear the air here.

  10. Your friend is right. Eating while you are somewhere around is dangerous 😂
Anyways, people remember, eating fresh cheese is beneficial compared to the processed cheese we get from supermarkets. So, if you ever get fresh cheese, courier 1kg/2 lbs to me also 😅

  11. Dr. Pal, cheese being a great source of protein doesn't make the cut for you. Of course it should be consumed in moderation. But it is still a rich source of peotein

  12. I am autistic and one of my few safe foods are Mac and cheese. I personally like to put either, green beans, broccoli, or mushrooms in it. I personally think those are the vegetables that go best with it.

  13. Lean meat particularly Chicken is something I like to keep away from mainly because of the way they are produced. With Hormones, Antibiotics and fattening things they are made to be grown up in 3 months instead of their natural biological time of aging under normal conditions. So, I highly doubt if Chicken is a reliable source of low cholesterol protein anymore. I think Fishes are a great supplement to lean meat over chicken.

But overall best most nutritious meal would be Arthropod like mealworms, crickets and other regulated farm grown insects safe for human consumption.

And of course the best source is soy chunks and or soy beans. The only issue is people claim that it affects estrogen levels but there is no hard evidence of it or enough sample size for it. And I believe some individuals might have allergic reactions
    to why it affects
them negatively but to conclude that it does something like that to all humans is false.
