We don’t have to wash meat
Where's the bell pepper & celery & a squirt of mustard? Ketchup on top? Yucky. I form my meatloaf with a ridge around the top so I can fill it with tomato sauce. It cooks up so thick & tasty.

I make her turkey meatloaf which is equally great, but I top it with a 50:50 mix of ketchup and whole berry cranberry sauce. Save some sauce to serve on the side. Addictive.

I use Chili sauce in the meat mix and on top. I also lay a couple of slices of bacon on top before the chili sauce.
