1 cup Besan
2 tbsp Rice flour
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1/2 tsp Chili powder
Salt
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
Sufficient Water for the Batter
2 tbsp Thick Tamarind paste
1/2 tbsp Besan
1/8 tsp Ajwain
Oil for Deep frying
