1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp sage
Batter
1/2 cup breading
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 cup water

Crispy Fried Chicken deserves a spot as one of the best comfort foods ❤
fried chicken is it's own food group. I used a metal skewer to move the chicken peices rather than fingers, using fingers can lead to thin spots in the batter coating, if you require a heavy hand the hold the chicken. Alsoi use the dreaded, MSG in the brine and batter mix, no cayenne pepper as it is mostly heat and little flavour i use a mild blend of mexican chill, brings medium heat but importanly to me flavours. Okay,I come from the 1951/ and we never fry” chicken with corn starch We just use flower and it fry our food the way it supposed to do, we just didn’t use both think to cook with because what? you doing to your body” that where obesity starts you need to look into what you doing to your food and then you want people to copy your recipes but meanwhile, you’re blowing them up inside.
