Recipe :
Base crust –
1 banana
1 cup oatmeal

Blueberry jam –
200g blueberries
2 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp sugar

2 cups greek yogurt
2 tbsp soy protein powder

Freeze for 3 hours

  1. It is the same calories so I would prefer the cheesecake. You can keep this😂 The banana is around 100 cal, oats around 50 g approximately 200 cal, 3 tbsp of jam are around 160 cal and also the cream cheese.
