I don’t really like messing with fish: cleaning it from husks and bones. If I’m going to cook something with fish, I try to buy fish fillets, which require very little fuss. This time, I used sea tongue, but you can also take cod fillets (or any other white fish). I fry the cutlets in a frying pan, but you can also bake them in the oven.
– Sea tongue fillet – 1 kilogram
– Onion – 1 Piece
– Salt and ground black pepper – to taste
– Egg – 2 pieces
– Flour- 1 Cup
