LOL in the video they talk of truffle (kind of precious mushroom born near trees) and they shows pastry trouffle that have this name only cause they look like a trouffle 😂😂… trouffle pastry may cost few euros, the mushroom truffle even 500 euros or more… also they talk of spaghetti carbonara that are with no tomato and they show you a tomato sauce lol …that video didn't talk of italian kitchen at all
the lasagna is from Naples haha when I heard it I stopped the video incredulous (if you're wondering the lasagna is from Bologna, a city in Emilia Romagna, a region in the center-north)

Essential advice for osso buco: don't forget to eat the inside of the bone, when we normally finish it we take the bone and suck the inside out of it (or you can do it with fork at restourant) and for a lot of peoples the inside of the bone is the best part of the dish so it might be the best part even for you, in fact if happen that you got osso buco with a big bone it mean you are lucky becouse you got more stuff inside the bone, if you want some pizza combination imo quattro formaggi (4 cheese) or tuna and red onion (it doesn't sound that great at first but when you eat it you understand what is about) but if you like pepperoni pizza then im 100% sure you like diavola which is basically the real version of pepperoni pizza
That is not the neapoletan lasagna. And the gelato doesn't look completely italian… Never heard that bolognese ragù is the "national dish". As italian I can say that every Country has his own dishes and top ten. "National dish" is probably only pasta con pomodoro. Italy has so many different product to cook and a really huge different recipies, completely different one from a County (Regione) to the other one.
Questo video sembra girato almeno 10 anni fà,a parte questo ci sono un sacco di imprecisioni,cominciando dalla lasagna "napoletana",è vero esiste la versione napoletana,ma a quanto mi risulta,l'originale (made in Bologna) è la lasagna verde ,che poi ogni paese,ogni famiglia abbia la sua versione ci sta,è normale…,mi spiace per gli stranieri che ricevono informazioni errate e poi vai in U.S.A e ti trovi "pasta alfredo" o "spagetti meatballs" che in italia non sono certo i piatti diffusi e non con quel nome,la "pasta alfredo" è pasta in bianco leggermente + caricata di parmigiano,gli "spaghetti meatballs" sono normalissimi spaghetti con le polpette,niente di eccezionale,americanate insomma…
