    The grilled cheese is parmesan-crusted on sourdough and filled with smoked cheddar, Gruyère, and American cheese.

    It’s served with a roasted tomato basil soup, based on Chef Ina Garten’s recipe with a few small adjustments.

    Goldfish crackers for the final touch.

  4. I crust mine in Parmesan too!! Butter then press into a plate of Parmesan.
