Listen I know this probably isn’t possible can if there’s even an INKLING of possibility I will take that and run with it. But assuming it’s not accurate, what would be a rough estimate of what it actually is? Isn’t it illegal for labels to be off by a margin of 20%? I still feel like 120Cal is real low lmao

it’s 100cal for one, so 400cal for the whole thing. sounds about right.
94 grams of pure sweet potato is around 80 calories, so I feel like 100-120 is reasonable!
Okay clarification question because I’m genuinely not understanding. I looked up the calories in a normal cinnamon roll and for 94g, it’s around 300Cal. For these rolls, how could flour and sugar be in the top four ingredients and still be 1/3 the calories. I’m seeing comments saying that with sweet potato it could be that low, but factually there is more flour in here than sweet potato. So even assuming that sweet potato makes half the weight, the other half of the weight would be flour and that would bring the calories over 100. Secondly, if we add up all the macros, it only makes 20.5g. There is 94g per serving. Where is the rest of the weight coming from? We could assume water, but while cooked sweet IS mostly water, it can only make less than half the actual weight of ingredients (<47g). I could be way over thinking this or maybe I’m missing something but I just want an explanation of how this is possible lol
100 calories per 94 grams of roll. So weigh one and see if it’s 94 grams. If it’s more than that, it’s more calories 🙂 This is similar to when I get tortillas and it says 70 calories per 1 tortilla (60g) but 1 tortilla is frequently larger than 60g so I have to adjust.
