I mean, seems like this is an issue with the courier and not HelloFresh.

I found the difference in quality pretty shocking honestly.
I order when we have a discount code so we order for 4 and freeze half.
I can never freeze raw ingredients on hello fresh but gusto alot of the meats we can just freeze and not have to cook both portions that night.
Way more bad veg. Way worse menu as well.
I hate the bags they send out in hello fresh, I keep finding ingredients in them that I think should be in the fridge. So you have to open them all which makes the pointless and irritating.
The insulation for the fridge is just annoying to dispose of.
Don’t get me wrong these are minor points and picky as hell. Just the difference in experience between the two is shocking to me
(I do wonder if Cornwall is maybe too far for hello fresh or something? Maybe the veg doesn’t last because it’s traveled from too far not in a refrigerated van
