I made these roasted vegetables platters today at work.
Broccoli florets, asparagus, diakon radish, golden beets, tri colored cauliflower, sweet peppers, tri colored baby carrot and parsnips. Garnished with golden goose berries and watermelon radish.
Being creative and artistic brings me the most joy at work. I love when I'm able to do these! I hope you enjoy as well.
