disclaimer i wasn’t the one that made the calculation on myfitnesspal.

bacon aside cause its only a hundred cal difference i’m seriously in doubt that removing mayo can take off that many calories. I understand mayo is calorie dense but is this seriously right. it practically cut the calories in half (not literally but still a lot)
should i trust this??

i honestly think it’s the bacon and not the mayo. mayo would maybe do 100 calories unless they’re slathering it.

Not sure if bacon would be only worth 100kcal, but if that what is stated on the website, then

    1020-100-595= 325

    Mayo has 680kcal per 100g

325kcal of Mayo works out to 48g

Seems quite a bit over but still reasonable for such a huge sandwich. So YES, it seems alright to me!

Good luck in your journey :3

    hey icy! 🙂

removing mayo on any particular whole sandwich i would presume should ***only remove ≈200 calories*** which would be ≈2 tbsp or ≈30g.

its certainly a very calorie dense condimentbut not upwards of ≈300-400 calories dense!
