  1. I LOVED this video! Spices are everything when making completely different dishes using the same ingredients. So great if you are limited by budget or dealing with diet restrictions.

  2. Kind of off topic but I need to ask.. are there any breath mints that will not break a fast? When I go for hours without food or anything other than water I feel like my breath stinks. Any suggestions?? Thanks

  3. This may horrify your chef but i put tumeric cayenne pepper and cinnamon in my porridge and sweeten with dates and add chia and top with seeds and kefir. Its so warming and yummy.

  4. My recipe for home made golden milk mix: 55% turmeric, 45% criollo cocoa powder, the rest is cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, black pepper, vanilla…all organic. I use kefir, honey and grass fed collagen for the drink. Enjoy

  5. I hope you have someone with more knowledge on the health benefits of using certain seasonings (spices and herbs) and who better appreciates the harm added salt can cause (why on earth he mentioned cookies or adding salt to them denotes his misunderstanding of medicine and garbage).

    When one detoxes and resets their tastebuds, salt no longer “needs” to be used.

    Liquid aminos are such a better substitute.
