Hi!! 🥰 Most of our days are pretty busy right? And if you’re like me, still wanting to eat healthier and plant based, these meals will suit you perfect! I hope you got some inspiration and maybe try some of them 💚 (recipes are in the video or in my app Fivesec Health) except for the roasted loaded potatoes, which is only in the video.

One Pan Stove Top Lasagne (recipe from my Fivesec Health app)
1 yellow onion
1 red bell pepper
1 zucchini
1 cup mushrooms
3 garlic cloves
1 x 15 oz can lentils, drained and rinsed (230g drained)
1 x 15 oz can crushed tomatoes (400g)
1 cup tomato passata (240ml)
1 cup water (240ml)
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper, ground
8 lasagne sheets

Topping:
Shredded vegan mozarella (optional)
Fresh basil

1. Dice the onion, bell pepper and zucchini. Slice the mushrooms and mince the garlic. Drain and rinse the lentils, set aside
2. Heat oil in a large skillet or pan (one that you can cover with a lid) over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until translucent
3. Add the garlic, bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until they are tender
4. Next stir in the lentils, crushed tomatoes, tomato passata and water. Then add the dried basil, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine and bring to a simmer
5. Then roughly break the lasagna noodles to make them smaller and add to the pan. Stir to ensure that all noodles are covered in the sauce
6. Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are cooked through
7. Sprinkle the vegan mozzarella on top, cover the pan again and let it cook for another 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly
8. Garnish with fresh basil, serve warm and enjoy!

  2. Frankly, I feel you are losing the plot here. Whenever there’s an upload it’s about advertising or very pretentious showing how your boyfriend is emptying the dishwasher with a cloth on his shoulder while you strut around with perfectly curled hair and crop tops with shorts. At least I follow and like to watch realistic people with their vulnerabilities out there in open. Even celebrities go real these days…..I think we are the millennials who are getting more sensitive about the world hence going vegan and going real as real is sustainable ❤ I prefer to unsubscribe and follow what’s real ✌️

The 4 that he hand picked that 1) lived the longest, 2) and in the best health, 3) and with awards and honors, 4) and with faultless exemplary track records in life, 5) and perfect Wikipedia pages with no controversial claims, 6) and who helped save millions of lives for humanity, Dr. Kummerow 102, Dr. Hinohara 105, Dr. Zheng Ji 110, Dr. Denmark 114, all 4 ate a small to moderate amount of animal foods 2 or 3 times each day, along with a balanced diet in the 4 basic food groups in moderation with no junk food and all 4 kept super fit. All 4 said the best protein is from animal foods. If you can add one person to the list that has all 6 attributes let me know.

  7. all the food looks wonderful Thank u. MY son lived in Sweden as an exchange student. He speaks Sweden fluently and even reads books in Swedish. We loved visiting him. Wonderful country. I know the winters can b hard . He said it was hard when it got dark about 2Pm. Yikes. Appreciate these wonderful recipes. I love sheet pan recipes very time saving.

  10. Hi, i subscribe to your app but have a quick question. I macro count so just need to know, do the macros for each receipe include the toppings or is that to be counted extra? For example the one pot lasagna, is the cheese topping included as the fats at 15g seem low otherwise? Thankyou!

  11. Hi, how do you think about weightloss and eating wfpb. When i have to count kcal i get a lot of stress. When i eat wat i want wfpb i mostly did not lose weight of gain a little bit Weight. Do you have tips or feedback about this topic. Thanks a lot ❤
