This easy pan-fried chicken breast recipe comes with a delicious Middle Eastern marinade that takes less than 5 minutes to make. Grilled chicken breast is perfect with rice, fries, salads, sandwiches and much more.
📝 INGREDIENTS
750 g (1.66 lb) chicken breast or thighs, boneless
2 Tbsp oil for frying
Marinade:
2 Tbsp whole-milk yogurt
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves
1/2 lemon
1 tsp tomato paste or chili paste
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground coriander optional
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
