I saw a recipe for a seafood chowder with a cheddar bay biscuit on top. I made it. It was awesome.

    I took scallops and shrimp sauteed them and took them out of the pan. Then added red onion, spring onion, bell pepper, and garlic and sauteed that. Added butter and flour and cooked a quick roux. Added chicken stock to deglaze, then added heavy cream. Put the shrimp and scallops back in and added crab meat. I put the chowder into a dish and topped with the Red Lobster cheddar bay biscuit mix on top. Baked at 375 for about 20 minutes to make sure biscuits were baked throughout. Brush with melted butter and enjoy!

    My bf is allergic to everything from the ocean, so much so that I wouldn’t be surprised if he was allergic to the damn biscuit too; all that to say I am wildly jealous of your dinner.
