I pulled the last of my plants last week and I spent the last two weekends canning. Here is the last batch from today.
This year I put up 50 pints and about 40 quarts. Pizza sauce, plain sauce, seasoned sauce, whole tomatos, ketchup, and tomato paste.

How many people are in your household? That’s about a pint and a quart per week for the whole year outside of fresh-tomato season. It looks great!
