Easy to make. Peppery, creamy, umami, spicy, warm, filling. And the ciabatta they send you is banging. Actually better than some of the premium recipes I put in a few extra quid for. Couldn’t wait to eat it again the next day! (I pay for a box for two and leave one half as meal prep.)
