    I thought the potato salad was scrambled egg and first and thought this was a damn good breakfast sandwich, although a bit odd including pickles.

    Now knowing it’s potato salad…I’d still be happy to have it for breakfast

    Hell yeah. I did something similar, blackstoned up way too much bacon yesterday, had a big fat bacon/egg/cheese sandwich for breakfast.
