Marinated in a modelo, orange juice, lime, cilantro, and kindergarten carne asada seasoning. Came out really good if I say so myself!

What is kindergarten carne asada seasoning?

In my experience, arrachera is way better when it’s charred and cooked through more. The meat tends to be too chewy compared to when cooked through.

Might I suggest sazon, lime juice, onions and a darker beer like corona familiar.

I was super confused until I read the description,I was thinking damn, what’s wrong with that beer and why is he heating it up?

One of these days I will fully understand Spanish terms for cuts of beef, but today is not that day. I thought arrachera was flap meat and fajitas was skirt steak.

Honest question: why would you use a vortex here?

Yo please for the love of god tell me how to make your rice, it looks BOMB.

Is arrachera just skirt steak? Like fajitas!?? It doesn’t taste the same in Mexico. Way more soft to me there than here.
