i had a good day today calorie wise but how was my day today macro wise?
my last meal was topped with romaine lettuce but i didn’t add it since it’s basically nothing lol

What are your goals?
If you wish to lose weight while maintaining or even possibly building muscle, I think your protein is too low.
Lower carbs can help you lose weight faster. A lot lower.
I don’t worry about how much fat I consume. I make sure I get the protein that is required to build at least a little muscle. I make sure my carbs are not too high. The fat sorts itself out. What I do focus on is not how much fat I consume, but which fats I consume. You want most of your fats to be healthy fats. Sources of healthy fats include avocado, nuts, fish, egg, etc.
