    A little knowledge is dangerous.
    Too little, can be deadly….

If the meat was actually fully submerged in the water MAYBE, but doing anything on the floor is gross. 🤢

This is a fb post from someone who runs a restaurant or a bar near me. I was like damn that’s crazy. I didn’t realize it was that bad!

I like how they made sure to clip all the meat to the pot so it stays in place. I hope you alerted the local health department. It’s wrong on so many levels it’s kinda funny, this is like shutdown type shit

Crazy that someone was so proud of this set up that they shared it with the world.

Hello health inspector, I got a good one for you…

  8. No. The parts that are above the water line with all the binder clips are likely to be full of bacteria. The pots look overloaded so the water won’t circulate properly leaving cooler spots(more bacteria). Also the pots are on the floor…major code violation and a good way to get cross-contamination of well, more bacteria and food born illnesses

Define normal. For people who did that I think it’s completely normal or they would do it the other way, the proper way.

Not even a vacuum.. uhh, it’s a deadly every rule violation, meat is not under the water line, overloaded (as someone higher previously said, no proper water circulation)

And it’s all on the floor..
