No recipe information for my meal which was already delivered

I got my delivery yesterday and one of my meals didn’t come with a recipe sheet and there’s no information in the app, it just says ‘recipe coming soon’.

I’m pretty sure there used to be a recipe available because I usually look at the recipe before choosing, but I can’t be certain.

Has this ever happened to anyone? Could it just be a glitch?
