it's my friend's birthday dinner so i don't wanna miss out but i always try to choose something prior to the event so i feel less anxious! i definitely prefer to round up when i'm not sure just to be safe. can anyone please help me with estimating calories for these two dishes?

It may be a little tricky because of how different the meat servings could actually end up being, but basing it on the images, I’ll give it a go. I had to rely on a lookup of a couple of these ingredients, basing it off the picture and what feels right, but here’s an estimate.

If I had to ballpark without weights and how it was server, probably around 600-650 for the Udon and 700-750 for the Ramen? Both look absolutely delicious.
