    I did meal planning and some prep for the week ahead. This week’s breakfasts will be a rotation of hot oatmeal, avocado toasts, and cottage cheese toasts.

    Details:

    1 cup cooked oatmeal (made with water) ~ 150 calories

    25 grams dry figs ~75 calories

    10 grams chopped walnuts ~ 70 calories

    1 1/2 tablespoons honey ~ 70 calories

    1 mug chai green tea latte w/whole milk (frothed) ~ 40 calories

    Full meal ~ 405 calories
