Lokum |Turkish delight | No gelatin |No color

Turkish delight, lokum, masghati or Baslouq
In each country it has different name but the taste is similar to each other.
it a very delicious fully vegan sweet. in this recipe there is no chemical food color and gelatin.
i add some nuts and and some rose petal.

ingredients:
1 cup wheat starch
1 cup sugar
4 cups of water
2 tbsp of sunflower oil
2 tbsp of rose water
1/4 tsp of citric acid
some rose petal and walnuts

you can add any nuts if you wish.
