Someone said here last week that you can’t slow cook pasta, I beg to differ.
500g Macaroni
160g Spicy Cheddar
100g Mixed Salami
160g Mozzarella
165g Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese
1 litre whole milk
The important bit is to run boiling water over the pasta to de-starch it.
Then rip your salami into smaller chunks, add the rest of the ingredients give it a good stir, cook for 4 hours on high or until the milk has evaporated. Give it another stir then dish it out.
Serves 4-6.
