How To Make The Best & Authentic Southern Fried Green Tomatoes – My Grandma’s Fried Green Tomatoes

Today I am showing you my Grandma’s Southern Fried Green Tomatoes. They’re normally served as aside, but they can be served as an appetizer. I made some ranch dressing as a dipping sauce and also I had a Chipotle Adobe dipping sauce that I made for some corn fritters that I made earlier. It is usually something that is served in the fall because tomatoes don’t like frost so we usually keep the tomatoes on the plant until the very last moment right before the first frost. We then pick them and make things like Chowchow and fried green tomatoes.
