18 pounds by eating pasta

If you would have told me a couple of months ago I’d be losing weight by eating my favorite food, I would either think you’re crazy or a wizard!

About a month and a half in and I am 18 pounds down!

Protein pasta, pasta sauce, turkey meat, and steamed veggies

Usually this is a 340ish cal meal but it’s Halloween! I had to get a cookie!!

    Have you tried goodles mac and cheese? It’s high protein and fiber and fortified with vitamins. It’s really delicious and so so filling. I love it!
