Here’s a suggestion for your cheeseboard: Poached pear in Damson/ Sloe gin or Red Wine, combined with Highweald Dairy Blue sheep cheese!
It took 15 minutes to make, and we suggest not eating as soon as you’ve taken it out the pot – the longer you leave the flavours to be absorbed, the tastier it will be 🤤
