hey! this is my first post on here.
recently I've dropped my calories to 1250 per day as part of a challenge with my roommate seeing who can drop 10lbs the most efficiently as part of our weight cut with the only other rules being we cannot eat less than 1200 calories and we have to hit a minimum 150g of protein and 30g of fiber per day. so between that and cardio its essentially a game of who can be most consistent.
so this sandwitch is something I whipped up that I thought some people might want to give a try, its 31g of fiber, 43g of protein, and every component is accounted for. there are better low calorie breads out there than what i'm using but as I am celiac I am sticking to the carbonaut bagels and would definitely reccomend them for any fellow celiacs. the 4th photo is the ingredient list, and everything was cooked in a single pan. the meat, eggs, cheese and onions are cooked in a non stick pan without oil. and the bagels are done the same way with a light margarine spread. let me know if you try it out and what you think!
